A passionate spokesman for organic farming, Daniel is the president of the Club agroenvironnemental et bio du CDA and co-owner, with his two brothers, of the Lampron and Sons farm with 140 dairy cows, 40 steers and 325 hectares under crops. He has the experience of 26 growing seasons since their first tests carried out in collaboration with the Centre de Développement d’Agrobiologie de St-Élisabeth de Warwick.
Through all these years, there have been training courses, visits, and exchanges of information with other organic producers. Now, if we look at the challenges that have been met and the progress that has been made since the early days, do we not have reasons for pride? Can we be proud of the path we have taken? Regardless of when or why we chose to go organic, are we proud?
